Clear Plastic Boxes & Cartons
Clear plastic boxes and cartons are among the most versatile ways to present a product at retail. Made from transparent PET, they give customers a clear view of the contents from every angle, while protecting the product during handling, storage and display.
Each box or carton is made to your specification, so the size, shape and closure can be designed around your product rather than fitted to a standard format. Litho Printed PET Cartons
A litho printed PET carton combines the clarity of clear plastic with the impact of high-quality print. Lithographic printing is applied directly to the PET, so your branding, product details and graphics become part of the carton itself, with no separate label or sleeve.
The artwork can be designed to frame the product. You choose which areas are printed and which stay clear, so customers see exactly what they're buying alongside your brand message. The result is a premium, shelf-ready pack that works as hard as your marketing.

Litho Printed PET Cartons with Injection Moulded Base
For products that need extra stability, a litho printed PET carton can be paired with an injection moulded base. The rigid base gives the pack a solid footprint, so it stands upright and holds its shape on the shelf, while the printed clear carton above keeps the product on show.

All of our clear plastic packaging is manufactured from materials containing a minimum of 70% recycled content, of which at least 60% is post-consumer waste. Every finished product is 100% recyclable.
We also recycle 100% of our in-house production waste. Off-cuts go back to our material suppliers, who regrind them and add them back into production, keeping material in use and out of landfill.

What's the difference between a pillow pack and a hanging pack?
A pillow pack is a fold-up carton with a distinctive rounded shape once packed. A hanging pack is designed to hang from a peg or hook in store. The two can be combined, as a pillow pack can be adapted to include a euro hanger.
Can you make clear packaging for a product that's already in a cardboard box?
Yes. A radius corner clear plastic die cut lid can turn a standard cardboard box into a see-through display pack, and rigid cardboard trays can be finished with a clear cover.
Should I choose a cardboard insert or a vacuum formed insert?
Cardboard inserts can be printed, so they promote your brand while positioning the product. Vacuum formed inserts are shaped around your product, which makes them a good fit for items that need to be held in an exact position. We can advise which suits your product.
Do you handle small orders?
Yes. Our sampling facilities are set up to deliver a rapid service even on small run orders.
