Big shelf impact, without the cost of a full custom carton
Sleeves and collars are often the simplest way to add shelf presence to a product you're already packaging elsewhere. Rather than replacing your existing pack, a sleeve wraps around it, adding branding, product information or a splash of colour.
Because sleeves are die cut flat and folded up around the product, they're also one of the most cost-effective ways to prototype a new pack design. We can turn around small sample runs quickly, so you can test a sleeve on shelf before committing to a full print run.
Locking tab sleeves
Ideal where the product needs to stay firmly closed in transit. The tabs hold the sleeve shut without glue, so they're quick to assemble by hand or machine.
Glued sleeves
A cleaner, more permanent finish that works well for retail displays where the sleeve won't be removed and reused.

Clear PET
Excellent clarity, recyclable, and suitable for direct food contact.
Recycled RPET
Provides a secure closure for the carton. This type of construction can be useful where the packaging needs to remain securely closed during handling, storage and display.
Polypropylene
A softer feel than PVC and PET, in gloss, matt and embossed surfaces, worth considering if how the sleeve feels in the hand matters as much as how it looks.
The sleeve styles we make
Each one is die cut to your exact dimensions and can be supplied glued, or with locking tabs that hold it closed without glue.
Collar
Wraps around the middle of a pack and leaves the ends open, a light-touch way to add branding or colour.
Best for: adding branding to an existing box, soap bars and candles.
Full wrap-around
Covers more of the product for fuller branding and product information across the whole pack.
Best for: gift sets and products that need more space for information.
Insert style
Fits around the product itself, for a close, tailored fit rather than a loose wrap.
Best for: bottles, jars and unusually shaped products.
Pillow packs
Fold-up style that gives a distinctive shape once packed, and can include a Euro hanger.
Best for: small items, favours and products that hang in store.

Can a sleeve go over a box I already have?
Yes. That's one of the most common uses. Send us your box or its dimensions and we'll design a sleeve to fit.
Do I need to send you a sample of my product?
It helps a great deal. A sample or exact dimensions lets us get the fit right first time, and we'll make up a sample sleeve for your approval before production.
Are acetate sleeves recyclable?
PET and RPET sleeves are recyclable. If recycling is important to you, tell us at the design stage and we'll suggest the best material and finish.
Which is best for a sleeve, glued or locking tab?
Locking tab sleeves stay closed without glue, so they're straightforward to assemble. Glued sleeves give a neater, more permanent finish. We'll advise on the best option for your product and how you'll be packing it.
Can I have a hanger on my sleeve?
Yes. Pillow pack styles can be adapted to include a euro hanger for peg and hook display.
