The use of recycled clear plastic PET (RPET) allows us to create designs with extraordinary visual appeal that stand out in a retail or other display environment.
Improvements in recent years of the quality of recycled PET means that we now use recycled material for all of our cartons and windows, these finished products are also fully recyclable.
RPET conforms to the EC directive on packaging and packaging waste which states that all packaging must be recoverable.

Choosing your material and thickness
Find the right gauge for your product
Material thicknesses range from 190 to 500 micron to order, and our stock range covers 190 to 300 micron. Using stock material is usually the quickest route to a finished carton. Thicker material gives a more rigid pack for heavier products, while lighter gauges suit lightweight items and keep material use down. Tell us what you're packing and we'll recommend a gauge.
Windows, inserts and print
Clear windows can be built into printed cartons for a premium pick and place look.
Inserts and plinths hold your product firmly in place, in clear plastic or printed card.
Print and finishing options include silkscreen, litho, flexo, gravure, foil blocking and embossing.
